10 days kayak tour Ed

A varied and flexible tour through one of the most popular and beautiful canoe and kayak areas in Europe. The suggested route can be designed very individually. Basic knowledge of kayak paddling is a prerequisite. The start and end point can be adjusted depending on the weather and wind conditions. In the event of persistent strong winds or storms, it may be that a tour cannot start until later, or that a break has to be taken during the tour. Good fishing opportunities, fishing permits can be purchased at the Svanskog Canoe Center or booked online. Very flexible paddling route, we recommend a tour duration of 10 to 14 days.

Stay overnight

During the tour you can spend the night in the wild nature, please follow the Dano regulations. The use of the paid “Dano” rest areas is optional. Groups of more than 5 people must stay overnight at “Dano” rest areas, a nature conservation card (Naturvårdskort) is required. Please do not make any wild fires.

Locks and Naturvårdskort

The locks are open from the beginning of June to mid-August. Outside of opening hours, you can transfer (bypass). The optional Naturvårdskort can be booked at the Canoe Center or directly on site (QR code).
